WARRANTY INFO REQUEST You have reached the warranty page for DK Products, Inc. We apologize for any inconvenience due to a potential issue with any item from DK Products, Inc. Our warranty department will review all warranty inquiries on a case-by-case basis and will contact you upon receipt of your request. Do not send your product in without following the steps below and acquiring a Return Authorization Number which will be issued upon completion of your submission and review of your claim. Any warranty packages sent back to DK Products, Inc. without an Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to sender. Steps to submit a warranty claim: Fill out the Warranty Form and submit it either electronically by emailing it to: warranty@dkbicycles.com or mailing it to: DK Products, Inc., 901 Pleasant Valley Road, Springboro, Ohio 45066. A digital photo of the product showing the warranty problem is required with the Warranty Form submission. A copy of the original receipt must be included with the Warranty Form submission. If you feel that your claim is due to an assembly problem, we strongly suggest taking the product to a qualified technician for assembly and final inspection. Any damages occurring during assembly by an unqualified person will immediately void any warranty on the part. Please have all bikes assembled and parts installed and inspected by qualified BMX bicycle shops.
