Hey guys, 

I'm sure as you already know China didn't exactly go as planned and I just got 2 plates in my shoulder to put my scapula back together. Finally starting to feel normal again getting ready to write an update when Brian Tunney from ESPN pretty much covered everything I was going to talk about. One part he didn't mention was that the Chinese hospital was an absolute nightmare.  I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.
